shourjo dasgupta rated 1 2 weeks ago Will add to the chorus here of ppl who had an appointment made for them to tour the location, based on phone conversation with customer service representative (who put me on hold twice to ostensibly reach out to the particular daycare), only to show up at the appointed time and not able to have the tour. In my case, no one answered the door during the ten minutes I waited, and no one answered the phone or returned my voice mail. It’s bewildering. |
Kathleen Ashby rated 1 10 months ago Was really excited to send my daughter there. Had been to one in a different state and really loved it but missed our opportunity, so this time around I was motivated to get in quick. Not particularly happy with the reviews, but figured I'd still dive in. Went for a SCHEDULED tour and no one showed. Called the number, which got me to an off site office, and they couldn't get in touch with anyone either. Think I might just side with the reviews on this one. |
Mary Claire Kaminer rated 5 11 months ago I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful care my child has received at La Petite in the Heights. Our daughter has been full time in the infant room since she was 12 weeks old, and she’s currently 9 months old. Our baby is so happy to see her teachers and every day when we drop her off. She has hit every milestone sooner than expected due to the time they take to work with her. They have a 4:1 ratio, cameras, and send lots of updates and pics throughout the day via their app. When I peek in at the camera I see the teachers really engaged with the babies - if they aren’t changing or feeding someone, then they’re on the ground playing with the kids or reading to them. Ms. Fayzeh, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Julie, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Theosha, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Krissy – literally every person I’ve encountered at this school has been wonderful and has shown us how much they love taking care of our baby. As a parent it’s so hard to pick a good daycare and to know that you’re doing the right thing – I just wanted to leave this review to offer other families piece of mind when deciding where to send their little ones. |
Ivan D. Diaz rated 1 2 years ago I called to make an appointment to the heights location, I was informed they had a program up to 6 years old, when we arrive a lady did not even check our name and asked right away how old she is, we said 5, she right away said we take children up to 5 not in school year ( as my daughter is just starting K but she is 5) even thought my daughter is just 5.
Anyways huge mistake and misinformation, not friendly, website information wrong according to central telephonist..... bad organization for people who is supposed to be taking care of your kids.
I felt even like when she saw us she did not wanted us there.... |
Lauren Hollis rated 5 5 years ago My son has attended La Petite for two years, and we have been incredibly pleased. The front office staff is a pleasure to work with, and my son has loved so many of his teachers. They use an app called "Precious Status" which allows you to get updates and photos throughout the day. Worth checking out especially since so many other schools have lengthy wait lists. |
