How do I reset my app password?

You can reset your password directly in the app. On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the prompts. We’ll email you a secure link to reset it.

How do I update my account or preferences?

In the app, go to your account settings to update your care interests or personal information. If you run into issues, our support team is here to help, just send us a message.

Donation Support: All donations are securely processed through GoFundMe. You can view and manage your donation through your donation portal.

In the portal, you can review your donation history, access tax receipts, update your payment method, and manage recurring donations.

If you need additional assistance with a charge, refund, payment method, recurring donation, or another donation-related issue, please submit a request through our Donation Support form on the bottom of our donation page.
