I want to start off by saying that this program is great for all who want to advance themselves in the healthcare field. However, communication needs some work. Olga one of the program leaders told false information to students during orientation. CNA program are provided (scrubs, books, childcare, career placement) Phlebotomy is offered a free test, books, and graduation. We NEVER received our book for our phlebotomy class over the course of 6weeks. We were told to purchase an ID badge for $10. The CNA class— theirs is included. Also the CNA class is under another sponsor or funding which was told to us countless of times. Students were constantly late to class, missed class, or left class early. The rules were very confusing to follow when there were so many conflicting information. Need better organization.
