It’s sad that a place like this has a reputation of just taking any story given to them without any research for facts. But it’s easy money for those with false claims of abuse.

The phone system is a joke. By the time anyone answers, if they answer, the person calling could be beaten up or dead. Seriously, this is one place that should always have a live person answering the phones. This is at least the third time I have made the effort. Shameful.

Definitely just want your money they don’t even offer you to drop clothes off or shoes if they don’t have tags or if they don’t come in a box…..since when do people in need not need like new clothing?
