Every call I've made.... I have been hung up on. Worst customer service. They question you for only to tell you we do not have that here. Not even a BYE.

this was one of the worst places I've ever been, the hygiene, the way of treating people, including, I stayed there for almost two months, and I saw almost everything, rotten food, every day we had to do some heavy task being that nor were we rewarded for it, people laugh at your physical condition and don't care about you (even the volunteers themselves). I've never seen so much racism happen in one place and the volunteers just seeing it, they only help white people, now the black people unfortunately let them make do with what they have. they take the best donation items for them, including money, while the others keep the ones that are torn up. thank God it's been a week since I left this horrible place, there was so much that happened that there won't even be space here if I talk, every minute was a real nightmare for me. Casa Juan Diego, was definitely one of the most inhumane places I have ever been.

I remember taking students to Casa Juan Diego 1990 & to this day Casa Juan Diego & the people they serve have a special place in my heart.
May you always be able to serve those who have no voice & cannot speak up for themselves.
You truly live the Gospel
