I’m giving them a one star before even being seen because the process has been dreadful and there’s been so much miscommunication. First, they told me they scheduled me on the 15th and when I called to ask if I could be seen sooner they told me I had an appointment for a “pregnancy test” on the 17th. I already took my pregnancy test there in which the lady said “we have the cheap test” when I showed her my clear blue. I was suppose to be seen for an ultrasound to confirm the heartbeat. I also didn’t know why I had to wait so long and turns out they had my last period as July 14th, not June 14th. Then I’m in the process of getting health insurance in Colorado because I just moved back and they told me I couldn’t get seen without confirming what kind of insurance I was getting even though I was told I could pay out of pocket. So when I asked how much it would be she said she could give me a number to call? Seems unnecessary for me to call to get prices at the place she works at, but okay. Pregnant women have enough on their minds than to deal with these miscommunications and all the false information dealt. I wanted to come here because I’m a Christian and now all I want to do is pray for every woman that goes to seek care here.

I had TWO appointments cancelled (5 minutes before the apt started) by Bella Health on Olive St. they scheduled me twice for birth control removal only to tell me they don’t actually do them in the office and they weren’t sure why I was scheduled. Even after being told my the physician that she or her partner could do it, they called to cancel my appointments saying they don’t offer that service. I’d find literally anyone other than them for your OBGYN needs.

Worst health care experience I have ever had. The providers are neglectful in general and dismissive of the patients concerns. I would not recommend Marisol/Bella health to anyone. They don't offer basic obstetric care at this clinic, there are much nicer OBGYNs that accept medicaid that actually provide professional medical care.
