I am sure this organization does an important job for the community. However, I recently applied for a position with RMIAN. I was left with a bad taste for the lack of communication in letting me know their final decision. It takes applicants precious time to review and submit their employment applications. The least professional and courteous action to take is to inform each applicant of the status of that application. I had to wait for over a month to hear from RMIAN and that's because I was able to get to someone. Every time I call I'd be prompted to an automated system and asked to leave a voicemail. Perhaps RMIAN might benefit in improving their communication skills and technology. Thank you.
