Beware of their trick questions.... The intake specialist who's name I believe was Emily will ask obvious answer questions such as "Do you want your harasser to be prosecuted" knowing everyone would say "yes" Then she will send you a denial letter the following day stating they are not the police and can't prosecute anyone If you respond by acknowledging that they are obviously not the police and just requesting assistance with the services they offer on their website, such as enforcement and navigating the VRA etc... You will still get denied. However, they WILL keep you on their email list and continue to ask you for donations 😀
