Rude receptionist, I was ignored when I asked for help.

Spoke to the receptionist when I made an appointment, who said the consulatation was with an attorney. Paid for the appointment and  waited for an HOUR and 15 minutes after I arrived at 2:20pm and along came somebody who I assumed was an attorney licensed in the state of Texas. Turned out she couldn't answer any of my questions and when i asked her if she was an attorney because she couldn't answer my questions she replied that she was not an attorney. .  i demanded my money back. She said i could speak to the supervsior. She said we can't give the money back because the time spent asking questions was the consultation. But If i spent just few minutes  asking questions without getting any answers then what was the fees for. I didn't pay to not receive any answers. . Your organization misrepresented  the fact that i could speak to a licensed attorney. False advertising that they are a Non Profit Organization. They steal from in the guise of a consultation from people. If you need any legal advice please steer clear of YMCA.
