The in-classroom teachers are truly great. However the administration really tarnishes the experience with their lack of accountability, responsiveness and professionalism. Really wish I could only rate the classroom teachers but the overall experience is marred by the people running the center.

Wonderful childcare center. One of my kids attended from infancy on (going through every age group), and now her sister is doing the same, recently moving from infant to toddler. The kids are safe, happy, and stimulated, and the space allows for both indoor and outdoor play. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with our family's experience at UBCCC. My son started here at 6months (now 3.5 years), and everything about UBCCC has helped to grow into such an amazing kid. The teachers are phenomenal and caring, the facility is so well maintained, and nutrition program is the best in WNY. I also appreciate that the center focuses on social and emotional learning as well as preparation for school. I feel happy and comfortable to bring my kid here each day.
