I am apart of NAACP, I'm not scared to make this review because if anything happens to me there will be consequences behind it, I travel, my stomach hurts while typing, these people are money hungry, donations show stop, there's no air plus rats and roaches, yes he's adding air but there's no excuses, he's charging 500 and 550 for homeless people to live there, if you homeless how can you manage a 550 or 500 dollar rent for a space at a homeless shelter, yes he do give you jobs at his personal security company but that's a major finesse and you pay 500 rent already, alot of people became sick or not seen before the first which concerning me, literally right before the first they was gone and lights was flicking, during every event or service all guest eats first and the homeless people who pays 500 or 550 eatlast, last, or not at all, the cook is very lowdow, he make sure he eats well they serve small portions of food to people who pays 500 or 550 monthly, he has people there that gets ssi or ssa , how can they afford 500 or 550 rent and able to move out? He also have. Them washing cars Monday toShnday for 12 hours for free just to live there and college collect rent , he left the air off the day before rent due and like I said I didn't see alot of people that I saw go to bed but woke up to them gone, he works everyone like slaves and if you there you have a 12 hour chore Monday to Sunday today your rent, he lost an potential investor
