I went here at the beginning of this year to confirm our pregnancy and do the first US! I was a bit nervous, but excited and the ladies here made me feel so welcomed and at home. Nurse Carol was so sweet and pleasant to talk to. I also loved the gift bag they gave us when we were leaving! Very thoughtful and beautiful place to get the good news of our first baby! Thank you!

The Smokey Mountain Pregnancy Care Center is a wonderful place and I personally had the opportunity of volunteering at the sylva location while I was in College. The staff and volunteers are friendly, both locations have a registered nurse available, and they provide updated information. No they do not perform abortions, but they do provide free ultrasounds as well as discuss the different options the woman has. If the women has questions about abortion or is considering it they are more then willing to give them updated information on what is involved in he process. They also will provide support and counseling to both the women and her partner whether or not they decide to keep the child, put the child up for adoption, or ultimately decide to have an abortion. I'm saddened that people have lied and posted bad reviews about this clinic, saying things like "wolfs in sheep's clothing," when it is the exact opposite! These clinics are crucial parts of both communities and provide a supportive, caring, confidential environment, for both young women and there partners. I highly recommend this clinic!

I had the opportunity to visit this clinic several times while taking a class in this facility. I was incredibly impressed with the medical staff, the ultrasound equipment and especially the professionalism of the support staff. As the mom of an adopted baby, I am so glad that this place exists to educate women on all of the options available to them when they are pregnant. This is a much needed facility and they do an outstanding job.
