San Antonio Independent Living Services, years ago, did good for the public, but the agency has lost its way, simply by serious bad existing management. The manager Kitty is a most incompetent, a person who is very ill-fitted for the job. She uses her deputy woman Frann, in your face, spy on you, pitch against you for no legal causes, small things. The rate of so many employees quit their jobs, so very soon, only after a few weeks, few months on the job, myself included, proves that the place is a very horrible, hostile place to work, big time. Be sure to check out this fact ahead of time, you will do yourself a favor: don't even think about apply to work at San Antonio Independent Living Services, you are wasting your time.

This is a government funded program that is there to help someone live independent. Independence means different things to different people. Some may be aging, no longer able to make food or drive. Relocation might be an option, but staying in the home they live at might be a better option. This is one of several options. SAILS can help explain and explore.
