I tried to do the financial counseling and the lady Krissy was late for both phone calls. If the appointment is for 11:30am then that’s the appointment time, not 11:57. Unprofessional.

My mom just called to schedule an appointment. The lady that answered was SO rude to my mom because she spoke Spanish. She said “this is an English speaking office only”…who says that? You could tell she hates her job. Do better.
