It was a safe place to get out of the cold and spend the night but dont expect much more than a chair! They serve free public meals, no questions asked at specific times, 3x a day, 6am is breakfast, dunno lunch and think dinner was 6pm - call for details.

Hi, I went to serve lunch with C.O.T.R. and lunchtime was well structured, even being my first time in years helping out, they explained exactly what to do and we each had stations to scoop food. Very simple, and it was a good kitchen design also, for serving the meal efficiently. The building and cafeteria were clean and well built. Staff seemed nice and supportive, prayers were offered before each lunch session group ate.

They moved to a new address, beautiful location. I went to donate 14 new coats for the homeless. Very nice staff.
