I went to get help from this rescue mission I was went four times all four times the staff had gave me a very hard time they were not helpful they were really ignorant and rude I just called to see if I could talk to pastor Terry and got hung up on these people are very ungodly and very ignorant they don't really help the homeless and then they're using a premier business account to accrue interest off of other people's funding and that's why the clients are not given the option of using their own savings account they have to use the rescue mission savings account so the rescue mission can accrue interest off of the people's income. The people get the amount they deeposit back but they do not get the interest amount. And if they do not use the rescue mission savings account there kicked out for not following rules the rescue mission of mahoning valley made it a rule in order to stay a resident there you have to use their savings account so they can accrue interest off of your money through premier Bank

They're supposedly a Christian Faith based program aimed at helping others down on their luck by encouraging them to get back onto their feet. But how can you refuse those seeking shelter because they may fall short of God's Glory because they happen to be on a sex offender registry or may show up reeking of alcohol or marijuana smoke? I understand that rules are made to ensure others safety, but with an abundance of surveillance cameras everywhere, including sleeping quarters, what could possibly go wrong? But yet these middle aged staff workers will insist they're Christians doing good work for those less fortunate within the community
