The Blessed Trinity Food Pantry began in 2011. We have three food pantry programs. The first food program allows families to pick up emergency food for three days which includes meat, vegetables/fruit and starch items as well as toiletries. In an average month this pantry programs serves 230 families made up of 123 seniors, 387 adults, and 237 children, which includes 66 refugee families: 15 seniors, 157 adults and 138 children. Our second food program delivers food to the homes of disabled or homebound persons and once a month delivers to an average of 66 families made up of 58 seniors, 29 adults, and 5 children. Our parish also sponsors a pantry at North High School, which provides an emergency pantry for at risk students as well as backpack distribution every Friday that school is in session to targeted students who would need sustenance on the weekend. On average this pantry serves 184 students in a month.

When you call for a pantry pickup they call you back within a few hours, the latest is the following day. Debbie gives you the next available time and date and they're all very nice and welcoming. They'll even give you an appointment for the next month. Fabulous people!

Some of the women volunteering at the food pantry are very rude, Inconsiderate and judgmental upon those who are in need and struggling they feel that they can talk to them a certain way and look down on them…. Very rude, nonchalant attitude towards those Who are in need. When they don’t realize the economy Is going to put them just a paycheck away from the same situation! BE HUMBLE GOD SEES YOU!
