I just called and the woman that answered the phone was unprofessional. She didn't know what resources were available and asked "I can transfer you to someone who miiight know if you REALLY want" I was crying because of my situation. Of course I REALLY want to speak to someone who know something. Transferred. Still no help. Not necessarily their fault. Space is limited and full. There is no help in Rockford for families.

Absolutely unreal and inhumane how they treat people who come for help. My cousin came here was rudely turned away and is now dead. This is the dirtiest establishment in the top half of Illinois by a landslide. To whomever the owner is of this money grab, respond here with something other than “thanks for leaving a review” I’d love to have a word with you about your poor business decisions and staff selections

Called to get and get help for a family member that has been severly abused and needs help. No beds and no info availble. Just to call the national hotline if you need more information about how to get help in winnebago county or Rockford. Very rude! Yes I agree with other reviews. Just a paycheck to these people. Basically.... saying I dont know what to tell you. Why are you bothering me I dont have anything for you. Then have a nice day and hang up while I was still asking a qustion. Federally funded Im am sure. I feel so bad for these ladies that have to put up with this from these people to get out of a bad situation.
