Pacific Garden Mission Shelter

Very Good People here. I fell on hard times. Security and staff works hard to keep everyone safe. The mission provides provides food, shelter, housing assistance, part time work, prayer and pastoral counseling if needed. Very grateful to have found this place..biggest issue is ungrateful homeless people!

𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐁𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂. The (hypocrite) staff go thru all donations to pick what 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 the 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 workers before the clients can get them. It's better to donate clothes and shoes to the people outside, if you are really trying to help the homeless. If you're Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, etc.. You will have to sit thru Christian worship if you want to eat. ( I actually witnessed them making fun of a Jewish person worshipping in the Jewish way.) (The pictures they posted of clients were all done without getting their written authorization)

Love this place bcuz we donate here always. Last year my son came with me bcuz we had big bags of clothes for men and women. There was a gentleman and he addressed my son as sir (41) but he looks young, he said those are nice gym shoes.Well my heart melted bcuz my son took his gym shoes off and gave them to the gentleman that was sitting at the shelter. My kids have a big heart they are adults but they will always be my kids.❤️🙏🏽
