My caseworker is also Aurillia Johnson. Apparently she is deathly allergic to returning phone calls and answering voice mails. Bless her heart, the poor thing.

I'm afraid to port in but the south side area seems to be covered by this one office. I never seen so many negative reviews on a business especailly a govt agency. How is that possible? the head of housing Wendy Walker Williams, and or Kristin Faust I'm sure is not aware of the above unprofessionalism n malpractice emanating from this one office? Omg! I would suggest that if enough people reach out to Secretary Marcia L. Fudge, the 18th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She would most likely have her people look into this office. "We the people" need to do more than complain, write a letter, make some noise ..

Good Morning I have been homeless since march 21,2022 with 3 children living in a hotel that I’m paying 700$ a week they know about it I found a house & the landlord still haven’t heard anything about the inspection or if they working on my case I’ve been tryn to reach Valerie Rogers the specialist thur email & phone since the end of may & she still hasn’t responded now the landlord can’t hold the property much longer & I still can’t get in touch with no one can’t even find out who is the supervisor please can someone help me it’s terrible

These case managers are so rude they talk to you as if they are funding you! I think everyone need a recertification in Customer Service because that’s something they don’t have. That one star represents the one or two case managers that is there with awesome Customer service just Sad. Who runs this place? Are they aware of this behavior?

Not from ChiTown but my in laws on father side are from there in the early 60's and from what my Mom told me has to be true. Had my Dad drive her in labor all the way to KCMO cause she refuse to deliver her twin @ Cool County Hospital and reading on that hospital back in the day, they were swapping babies which parent had raised other parents kiddos. She said the areas were ruff back then. Every city has a ruff spot so I understand where you all are coming from but I will say, KCMO housing staff is a lot better than Cool County housing. Good Luck with help needed. You all should flood the office of Corey Brooker about the abuse of you all treatment you're experiencing.
