This is the worst service you can provide for anyone in need of assistance.. you never get a call back.. you have to leave a million messages and keep getting passed around like a football,,

Well I was reading some of the comments and I agree with some of them, I've been dealing with a situation for close to a year now so I decided to take legal action against my apartment complex for discrimination and not following through a promises they have made so I reached out to this community service because I don't have no income I'm disabled so after the first time I sent a request I received a call back to set up a appointments with council they never called me so I called once again and she set me up another council only for them not to call me once again it's sad that you know we understand this is a free service but we still are people that needs help we understand you have other courts dates and trials and things you have to be at but we are still the community that needs assistance I'm disabled I really can't do a lot of walking so I can't go to the office trying to find somewhere to park and got to walk all that way to the door so I'm going to reach out again but I'm still going to try to find another free council free lawyer service it's really sad how they treat people that is less fortunate
