They take time so long. After they took an intake over the phone, they called me about a couple weeks later. I was able to see a caseworker in person finally. She looked so nice, but she said she would call me once they determine the case, but never reached me out. I went to see her, but she said she would call me in a couple of hours, but never called me.

Caught them trying to discriminate at 9:23am on 11/1 and cut the call. They can find somebody else to be in their Shelter.

Currently staying here with a newborn baby place is somewhat clean but the living situations are horrible fridge is out of order no help is being provided staff is very rude housing manager doesn’t help with anything don’t come here if you don’t need to
