It was well worth the wait to get into VCS! They are professional, friendly, caring and offer a wide range of services all in one location/agency! I am fortunate to have an excellent therapist and am thankful to be a part of VCS.

They never answer the phone lol I don’t know what’s going on with that front desk but hey, I love my therapist Sarah and the psychologist isn’t bad either. You literally just have to show up there advocate for yourself.👍🏾

Haven't answered my calls in months, prescribed me medication just to take it away basically by ignoring my calls for help to make an appointment to see my therapist and psychiatrist. I recommend calling the better business bureau. This is illegal and we are getting a lawyer. You cannot prescribe someone mind altering medication and refuse to give them services by refusing to call back or schedule an appointment. I recommend you get a better office manager, someone who can pickup and answer phone calls for the legal battle you are about to encounter.
