Trying to call for 2 days noone is answering the phone

Right inside the door. The staff is always so helpful.

NEVER ANSWERS PHONE CALLS!!! I have been calling all morning and now afternoon to speak with them. My daughter's insurance will be cut off off if I don't send in her birth certificate. Pretty upset.

I was given the wrong certificate twice, first time no charge, 2nd time I was charged $24. The certificate is not acceptable for a passport so they stated they could give me a refund, but only $11. There is a $14 non refundable fee when they could have told me that they couldn’t provide me what I asked for. My mother was able to get my birth certificate for me the same day in my birth county for $10.

The email OVR@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov that they have listed doesn't work. After sending an email. This was the reply.
