Ive been coming here a year and Always have a great experience. This is the first time in years that i’ve felt listened to and am getting the help I need. I get call and text reminders which helps, as i am very forgetful. My schedule is so busy, I really appreciate the options for Phone or virtual visits. Dakota is wonderful and so are the ladies at the front desk. Definitely recommend this location!

The absolute WORST Experience ever!!!! 1st Scheduling & Arrival times… I arrived at 3:52 for a 4:00 appointment and was told to reschedule 🤣 really because they needed 15 minutes to do a vitals check, ok ✅ my appointment prior was canceled Virtually because we couldn’t connect to zoom exactly at 4:00 and since it was 5 minutes after I had to reschedule ok cool…. So I go in the day before lady appointment to do new patient paperwork so upon leaving the young lady said see you tomorrow at 4:00 so I get there at 4:52 and you want to reschedule me again are you serious 🧐 then I guess they decided oh well I guess I’ll see these people…. So Dakota comes out to get my child and does not acknowledge that I’m sitting there and just tells my child to come to the back…..hold up!!! .. Hello how are you?? I’m the parent to the child and yes you can just take him on back!!! Lol 😂 why me…. Ok I apologized to them for being upset but whatever…. So they scheduled a follow up appointment after they decided to see my child for the next week… The next day I get a call saying they don’t see anyone under 18 so I would have to go somewhere else…….. WOW 😮 OK who are these people??????? Let me call Action 9 News maybe they can help me with this… I’m confused but not upset anymore…. These people are Krazy for real…. That’s why they have a 3.0 rating…. I should have followed my first mind… I immediately called my pediatrician and told them and was referred to a much better place……. and my insurance company is disputing any charges…. WHEW 😰
