I am so grateful to have found Heartbeat, as they have taught and helped me through so much in so little time I have been with them. I wish I would have known about them for every pregnancy. The ladies seem understanding and do a great job listening to my concerns and needs. Everyone is so helpful and kind, it just warms my heart. Thank you Heartbeat for everything you have done for my family 💜

Sat and waited for 3 hours for the appointment that we were 30 minutes early for. . Kept getting told only couple more minutes.... no communication.... nurse phone was ringing and as she was performing vaginal ultrasound was trying to silence her phone. .

This place is extremely unprofessional and the people that work there are rude. My daughter had an appointment today for 1230. They call us at 12 o’clock and tell us they need to reschedule. That’s all fine and dandy we go about our day. I’m at the grocery store, they call my daughter at 2 o’clock and tell her hey now we can get you in. Do you still have time to come by? We leave the grocery store we go there and we were in the waiting room for 2 hours After being told several times, it would only be another 15 to 20 minutes. We finally ended up just leaving at 4 o’clock.! And quite frankly, the nurse was the rudest person of them all and she’s the one that had to reschedule our appointment in the first place they treated us like we missed our appointment or we didn’t show up on time and that’s not at all the case I would never recommend this location to anybody!
