Just called them to ask a couple of questions the man was really helpful and kind and polite thank you

I love how willing to help people who need it y'all are Thanks for being there for people who need a little bit of love help and support in their life.

This organization does not appear to be very concerned about how they use their funds. I called this afternoon, as a courtesy, to let them know that I am receiving multiple mailings for donations at my home. At .66 apiece in postage, plus the printing costs of the contents, this adds up. I’m sure mine is not the only household receiving duplicates. The man who answered the phone interrupted me mid sentence m, put me on hold for some time, then refused to be bothered to take a message, insisting that I phone back tomorrow and ask for someone else. I don’t have time to chase them down. How inefficient and unprofessional. It’s also extremely easy to cross-check mailing lists for duplicates. How inefficient to not manage that. Having run a non-profit myself, I find this to be irresponsible. If we aren’t good stewards of the small things, how are we to be trusted with the important things? Needless to say, I will be sending my check to the Refuge of Hope, where I have found the Director to be a very diligent and fiscally responsible leader.
