What's going on, I've tried multiple times to fax my information to Heather yet it will not go through. I faxed the information from Stark County Library and their fax machine worked fine (all 12 times, mind you) so it must be theirs. Now I can't get through to them, really, what's going on, where's the assistance they claim to give?
