What's going on, I've tried multiple times to fax my information to Heather yet it will not go through. I faxed the information from Stark County Library and their fax machine worked fine (all 12 times, mind you) so it must be theirs. Now I can't get through to them, really, what's going on, where's the assistance they claim to give?

They are not as helpful ask you think and it's like playing the hunger games trying to get through . There are people who are taking advantage of their funds while others need it more.
