A very detailed review so if you are not prepared to read, you might as well scroll to the next one let me start by saying that I have been trying to get into this program since the summer of 2024. I finally got admitted into a program, the last one of the year in December I graduated on the 14th or the 16th. I can’t really remember but the whole point of the program is to help you with your relationship with your children and the parents respectively to teach you how to respect one another to teach you call parenting skills to check in on your budgeting skills and check in on your stress management skills to check in on any kind of problem that may arise as being a parent things do The main point that I needed me myself me only not nobody else in my class was legal help, understanding the law and where I fit in at what I can do what I can’t do and the best route to take. I had to wait all the way to the end of the class to even get a mention of this legal department there’s really only two people and this company has at least 12 classes a year with at least 50 to 60 participants predominantly males they get to go to the buildings while the women have to sit at home on zoom that was financial help offered to the man, but not to the women we got gift cards at the end of class respectively. The amount were different. There was no equality. There was no standing on business like they say oh, you gotta schedule an appointment you have to do this. You have to do that. You do all the regular that they asked you to do, but I went above and beyond I’m the main person in the class participating in the main person asking questions the main person give answers the main person coming up with ideas, different ways of thinking about stuff participating I mean, actively participating trying my best being on time not being disrespectful, stating my opinion very clearly and concise only to be met with a bunch of no, no no no nose Today January 21. I went down there because I have been calling and calling and messaging and trying to get in with this LEGAL TEAM this is a whole month after my graduation. We did this class for six weeks. Never got an appointment with the LEGAL TEAM. I get in today to try to set up an appointment to talk to somebody because calling up there does not help you have to show up sometimes on people and you see how they treat you. This is I mean women that I know have children Only to keep looking at me like I’m a goose with three necks. I don’t appreciate the professionalism. I don’t appreciate that the non-active listening that they have the superior superiority complex. The the con condensation condescending tone is too much all I asked, was for them to read a paper And describe things to me and what that means and she act like I was asking her to give Why would a grandfather pop to your mind? I don’t understand I have never and all my life with much put for so much effort on something through a company that is stated this is what they do. This is what they do. This is what they are about helping parents be parents helping parents be parents through all the drama, the financial walls, the legal battles the tears, the heart, the shame, the begging, the insecurities, everything helping us get to a point where we feel confident our abilities and this place, let me down this place basically made me feel like I am insane and I know I talk very clearly and I know I’ll try my best to get an understanding from others and to have others understand me I have never in my life felt more disrespected and dismissed, and this value and this evaluated in all my life do not ever go to this place if you really really really out there trying to get your children and be in your children’s life. This place is not it. They taking any and everybody because they get governmental grass of government assistance or somebody’s pocket getting fed they are not really concerned about the issues and they are so hung up on technicalities and what you didn’t do and so busy to tell you what they can’t dothere’s no instructions to be giving

Has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP MY CASE! And right now I have a felony warrent out for my arrest ,due to past due child support, and when a grant came through to help me ,they said they were only helping classes #156-? and I was in class #155! I jumped through the same hoops the other classes go through, and I graduated too, so what's offered to them should be offered to me, as I too should qualify for benefits the other classes are eligible for! Then to top it all off, they said they would help me with my Ameren bill (which was $240) but they said I had to bring them a (disconnect notice) and from there they would take care of it, yet my electricity was shut off ,and I was told "there was no funds," deal with it myself! They got paid for me coming to the classes! But I can't get help with my Ameren bill nor visitation rights to my two sons, and I am 52k behind in child support, yet I don't qualify, because I wasn't in class #156!!!! What's good for class 156 ,is good for me too! But no! I have to go to the penitentiary, because I was in class #155! BOGUS!!! The one thing they did help me with was a gift card for $300 to wal mart which really helped with some groceries. I TRULY HOPE SOMEONE can benefit from this program, because as men, we have no rights in this screwed up justice system. Then there's help, but I just don't qualify because I wasn't in the right class? Guess I should just let them lock me up forever as a non violent, non drug offender. I'm a don't have $1380 a month offender! Somethings gotta give!!!

I'm not even from the area but I seen a post about this online and I could not believe it, fathers usually just get a homeless shelter and that's the most support a father will ever see while the government caters to mothers. I wish they had this nation wide, so many fathers struggling with custody and not able to make ends meat. I am now aware that someone is out there listening 🙏
