Ive read the previous reviews, and personally cannot relate. As a woman of color, I have never experienced any type of discrimination at this facility. I could say the cook has her favorites, but management and staff is all about equality. Family Time has continuously worked with me, hands on, given me everything I needed to be successful on my own. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Never went hungry, Never went unheard. You will make the best out of this program, If you get in there and do what needs to be done. Bring your 40% , & Family Time will bring 60%. Thank You Family Time for the amazing experience Ive had during my stay, and Thank You for your patience and tremendous amount of resources for my family.

This place is truly horrible. I had to unfortunately stay there with my children . There was huge discrimination . My children were denied things that they needed which caused me to go back around my abuser to get it . I could have lost my life . Then my children would be mom less . During the stay at the shelter I noticed a huge divide amongst the Mexican race and black . The shelter manager is Mexican so she favored her own race more than the blacks . It was very sad and exhausting . Staff also followed the same evil ways of discriminating the blacks for there essential needs . Melissa the case manager comes from a rural area I believe and she doesn’t like catering to families with darker skin . I am now back with my abuser because the the shelter staff made me feel not wanted and cared for …….. This is my honest review …. To be homeless DOES NOT MEAN LOOK HOMELESS At the end God will be the Judge .

I had an amazing experience while I attended family Time shelter the staff and managers are all helpful respectful and trustworthy family Time shelter is clean organized and pleasant I will recommend them to anyone
