This place is a absolute joke 1st the So called case Manager needs to find a new job she doesn’t help with anything what she does is write up a fake safety plan that you never receive and tell you they don’t help you The staff is the absolute worst, especially the night staff instead of making you feel comfortable and make you feel worse Instead of making you feel safe, they make you feel like you don’t exist. Might as well stay at home if that was the case. All it is is a mini vacation away from your abuser Just for them to knock on your door and tell you gotta go because they want your children to sit down and not be children If you’re gonna call yourself, family services actually do the work and get family some service Give them a place to sleep for 21 days. It’s not it. They have no compassion and I need to find different LINE and Work and the place also needs to be updated. It’s disgusting in there.

TERRIBLE therapy office. I had a lot of health issues pop up and suddenly I was in violation of "no show policies" I made efforts to make calls and they only did it when I was sick or something. They closed my chart after a week. I hate this place. Stay away from the High Point location. Seems like the High Point manager is too egotistical and rude.
