I must say that the intake receptionist 💚💚 PEARCE 💚💚has done an outstanding job, taking my information in a comforting, caring, professional manner as always . Amazingly providing me with the assistance I need ; Let me explain I had to call and search around for a OB to get appointments for me being pregnant. Pearce took me by surprise when she suggested that she would help me with 1 or 2 calls (realizing I did not have a phone). When she seen that those calls did not come through, she continued on her search for me a OB SURE ENOUGH * PEARCE FOUND ME ONE * located near me . She has always been very determined to help when I and others come into the office. Thank you so much Miss Pearce for always being so patient with the intake process with the clients of this facility. God bless you .

I was informed by the intake supervisor that I can't get any resources unless I'm a junkie. They have services for children up to age 5. My son is 4 and autistic. She said his autism disqualifies him from receiving any of their services. Pretty sure that's discrimination, but ok.

I really think FSP is full of caring and helpful people who do their best to help those in need of mental health care. My experience is my own, and I can't speak for anyone else, but I can't say enogh for those who have helped and are helping me with my depression and anxiety; such as Ms. Shepard, Ms. Martin, and Dr. Steele. FSP offers a wide range of services to individuals and families, such as advocacy groups, meetings, counselling, and medical examinations. This being a govornment agency, expect to get stuck in the red tape, but DON'T GIVE UP!! Be your own mental health advocate, and understand that you deserve help, and to be in a safe place with people who DO care.
