Great organization that gives back to the community with training , education and resources to help women and families. You can get clothing to prepare for an interview. The location is boutique style and you get a personal stylist to help you pick the right style for the occasion. There is an inventory sale every year where you can buy designee brands like Calvin Klein and Micheal kors for 5.00 and 10.00. Every year Dress for Success helps thousands of women find employment and learn tools for financial empowerment.

There was a lot of really nice ladies there who listened and really helped. But I got a lady who didn’t help. She asked me what I liked and I answered. I told her I liked dark colors. I like more slim fitted clothes and would really like a suit. She came out with bright colors and pink which was one of the colors I told her I specifically didn’t like. Not once did she ever bring a suit. She never came back with any more clothes when I told her I didn’t like something. I just had a really Bad experience.

Attended my first Dress For Success event as a volunteer. Once I signed in before my shift, it took me less than one minute to spot a coat. I tried it on and immediately headed to the register to pay. One I began my duties (cashier-prep), I immediately saw the fantastic bargains that were available. Coats, leather jackets, suits, pjs, dresses, blouses, shirts, pants, shoes, handbags and more! I was jealous of some of the finds I saw going out the door that I wanted to have. Once my shift was over, I found a few more things for myself and family members. The bargains can't be beat. Note: there are no shopping carts so bring your own big bag to carry the items you want to purchase. The fitting rooms are quite roomy giving you lots of room to try things on, with your own mirror. Assistants are available right outside. There are assistants on the floor as well to help you. However, they can't help you carry all of your loot!
