Karen Yarbrough needs to go. There’s zero management of employees like the clown of a security guard — guy with long braids — opens the door, stares without saying anything for and announces: “I’m closed”‼️ As if anybody was there for him. It was 3:45 pm the office closes at 5. When I told him this he lied saying close time on the web was “an IT problem” but he then opened the door. I got in line with 3 others. Then his partner, the female, shouted from behind to “GO TO WINDOW 9!” misdirecting me to vital records. As I walked across to Deeds on the opposite side, the same ignorant female security loudly shouted “WHERE YOU GOIN”. “WHACHA NEED GIRL”. I asked who she was talking to and she rared back and ignorantly said “WHEW CHILE”. Most employees were talking very loud and visiting each other so much so that I could not hear the person who waited on me. She asked them to quiet down. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to room 230 where another uncooperative security guard would not provide a manager’s name and kept looking at his phone while I waited 20 minutes. He finally went back to the first floor and brought out a Gabriel Fakhouri who assured me I would be contacted. I wasn’t. The City’s wasting tax dollars when 75% of a room of more than 50 employees can be that rude, unprofessional, loud and idle. The waste needs to be eliminated and maybe then they’ll appreciate the jobs we pay them to do.

To bad there is not an option to not rate. 1 to 5 stars is not fair and -1 should be the next star. When you call in to get assistance their directions are just as poor as their assistance. Those who give assistance need to get assistance to give the right assistance. It is very understandable that there is a pandemic going on but how does the pandemic affect your brain on the job when you don't have COVID-19, when all services are phone based?!?
