Went to visit this business and Captain Carter was the only one there on a Monday @ 1pm to help service the community. No reps were here to information. He also stated he was not allowed to give any information or business cards out to provide next steps in who to contact for additional information. This is not okay. Many people use public transportation, or other means to get here and with the facility being short staffed there should be a system in place for individuals to lean on for support. Who is going to do the due diligence needed to serve the Cobb county community? We need your help!

I called this office to speak with someone regarding my mother's medical assistance. She had a massive stroke, has worked and paid taxes since she was old enough to work and Ms. Evans who answers the phone was very rude, condescending, and does not have any ounce of professionalism in her would not assist with my questions. I explained that my mother does not qualify for medicare part b and that qmb's customer service line "Gainwell technologies" advised me to call DFACS to see what other services could be provided. My mother's meds are running out from when she was released from the rehab facility so I need answers as to what coverages she has so she can see a DR. As a degreed human services professional, I find Ms. Evan' s attitude as repulsive and she should not work with the public with such a nasty disposition. As a result of her attitude, I have contacted the governor's office.

There is absolutely no way the lady answering the phone has any degree in this field nor does she have any training in customer service or professionalism! They just allow anyone to take these positions that provide important services to the community! STOP HOLDING THE POSITION HOSTAGE IF YOU CAN'T DO IT PROPERLY!

They do not answer the phone. I did an app and was hopeful because I received a phone call. However, on the call I was told that my app was closed and they would reach out to their supervisor to see why. Never called back. So o called them. No answer. Left a VM. No call back. Called the supervisor. No answer. Left a VM. Well you get it no call back. I’ve been without work for 2 months and struggling to make ends way. 😔 this place is no help!

Mrs. A is the best she made sure that me and my family was able to get in contact with someone regarding my case. She is such a help I often tell people to ask for her as their case worker. Thank you again so much Mrs. A
