From the very first zoom call with Valerie, we were met with kindness, transparency, and genuine care in regards to us, birth mom, and baby. Their small but efficient team guided us through the adoption process with patience and professionalism, answering every question and offering support. I've never seen anyone answer a phone call as fast as Stephanie. What truly sets this agency apart is their heartfelt commitment to both the adoptive families and birth parents. They treat everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. We always felt informed and supported. They made what could have been an overwhelming journey feel manageable and filled with hope. Thanks to them, our family has grown in the most beautiful way possible. We are forever grateful for their role in bringing us together with our newest family member. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering adoption and plan to use them again in the future.

Caring Adoptions helped me grow my family by connecting me to my son - it is the perfect match. I originally selected Caring Adoptions because their method gives the birth mother autonomy and control over the process - and while ultimately I don't have a relationship with my son's birth mom (her choice), the process was respectful and thoughtful with every step. Valerie and Stephanie prepared me on my journey to motherhood and now a year later are still offering support and love.

Choosing Caring Adoptions was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the initial orientation through the present, the staff has been consistently responsive and helpful. When doing my initial research, I met and spoke with several different agencies and Caring Adoptions stood far ahead of the rest for a number of reasons. Valerie was quick to respond to my emails and dozens of questions along the way. She was reassuring whenever I presented some doubts about certain aspects of my application. She was consistent in answering my questions and she was encouraging as she would check in on me along the way. I also greatly appreciate the agency’s attention to the birth moms along the process. Obviously, this is not an easy decision and Executive Director Stephanie is working with these women at a very vulnerable time in their life. She does an excellent job of maintaining a level head and balancing the need to be firm with all involved as well as the need to be caring and sensitive. My biggest compliment to Stephanie is that she always made herself available, whether it be via text or a phone call, even in the wee hours of the morning. This is not a 9-5 job and it is filled with heavily emotional circumstances. She is the backbone of the agency and I greatly value her guidance and friendship. The post-placement coordinator, Dana, has been a gem to get to know as well. She’s been quick to respond to my texts and emails, and very understanding regarding being tied up with a newborn. I look forward to visiting with her more as I continue my post placements visits. And lastly, Andrea in the office, has been patient, kind and enthusiastic with me every step of the way. She’s been able to work with me on payments and help answer my questions as they’ve come up. Caring Adoptions is a small agency but they limit how many families they work with, and because of that, they do incredible work. I built a strong relationship with them throughout this roller coaster of a journey and I consider them a member of my family. They’ve been an integral part in helping me welcome my daughter home.
