Went there for civil rights violation. Spoke to someone named Jennifer who had no empathy for my situation and even joked about my emotional distress. Then had the nerve to try to charge me $30 for doing absolutely nothing. I'm pretty sure they're may be some better attorneys in the organization, but the one I came across was awful.

Called them looking for help about financial issues and she told me how I could get them the $30 they wanted before they would even schedule a 45 minute appointment. So much for wanting to help vulnerable neighbors and giving Gods hope.

The staff is caring, patient, & very knowledgeable! Highly recommend to anyone who is facing confusing legal challenges and needs guidance
