That "bait and switch" feeling is incredibly frustrating, especially when it comes to your health. It’s common for the first few visits to feel like a "honeymoon phase" where everyone is focused on intake and getting to know you—only for the experience to turn transactional once you're officially in the system.
Feeling like you're an inconvenience or "just another number" is a quick way to lose trust in the process.
#3rd visit we'll see how this walk in process goes.

If i could give 0 stars i would. We waited for 5 hours. They told us they can squeeze us in at 3:00pm just to tell me they can’t give me ultrasound anymore. We went to the other location and they sent us over here because they were booked. I don’t know if they had miscommunication but it’s not acceptable. Just for us to wait another hour here.

Great place to go to for resources and counseling during pregnancy. The staff is wondeful and understanding. Iv gone for 2 of my pregnancies and they've done an ultrasound sound for free.
