I had a very negative experience at this domestic violence center. Some staff were rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful toward the women staying there. I personally heard staff members talking negatively about residents instead of offering support. One staff member even encouraged me to return to my abuser because he had money, which was shocking and completely inappropriate for a domestic violence service. Most concerning, my confidential location was breached, by a STAFF member putting my safety at risk, and when this was reported, nothing was done to address it or protect me. A place meant to support and protect survivors should never pressure them to return to abuse, mishandle confidential information, or ignore serious safety concerns. Unfortunately, that was my experience here.

Kind and supportive staff! I had so much support through this agency when I was in so much distress and had no family support! Wonderful facility!
