Please never send a child here. This is the absolute worst possible place anyone could ever live. I was sent to the Framingham location simply because their where no foster homes. Not because I committed crimes, or did drugs or anything. As soon as I arrived the staff screamed and taunted me. Living conditions where horrible, disgusting plumbing and bathrooms rooms the size of closets. No doors on bedrooms, just curtains that staff would rip off for their own amusement. The staff are beyond awful and harmed us and would get away with it as a “restraint” I witnessed kids be tackled, kicked punched and thrown for as little as not sitting still. I can not believe how long this as to be, and I still won’t be able to describe the horror of this place. Every day we were forced to sit in silence with absolutely nothing to do, and given punishment if we moved. No clean drinking water, disgusting bathroom sinks and a kitchen sink that only had boiling hot water. Almost no food. Of we had food staff would eat it, or throw it away. Laundry was impossible to get done because staff used it for personal laundry. When I reported these things I was pulled aside and asked about it. I told them and they did nothing. They told anybody who had given complaints that we where liars and unreliable sources. Staff are bully’s and terrible people. No therapeutic support for a “behavioral help center” I feel I and so many others deserve justice and compensation. But as always they they will deny and refuse to change this program. Insane this is still open.

i was placed there around 2011 and then again for about 2 years in 2013. i find it comical the low reviews are kids complaining about the situations from back then. as someone who learned from mistakes being in the system and watching the same kids do the same things over and over this place was a huge learning experience for me and i met some incredible staff. now im 26 and currently trying to find old staff members i had connected with. anyone who sees this review and wld like to help please reach out. tim hegan was the man!

One of the worst places I've ever been.. I was there when I was 12 and on the verge of turning 13 . No doors they had curtains only. Staff show favoritism . I got attacked by a girl a lot older and a lot bigger than I was and they put me in the quiet room because it was the easier solution . There was one staff member that felt the need to put me in a hold for just crying. I ended up getting a concussion and had to go to the hospital and never went back . They need to do a lot better
