Clean , no issues with cockroaches big plus . People are friendly . Convenient to alot of shopping and restuarants .Unfortunately problems don't get resolved , Tenant wise .

Personal are effecient and courteous. Masks are still required to enter. Easy access and handicapped parking is available. Wheel chair access is also available. Overall productive experience.

Their supervisor is not very pleasant, I understand that their job is hectic right now with this pandemic BUT imagine being on the other end and worrying about a roof over your head. She is not understanding or campassionate IN THE LEAST. All I have to say to people applying is good luck you don't get much help unless your already out on the street smdh

I just came to this place for the first time ever and I have never applied or asked for help from anyone. I ask one Hispanic lady with glasses how can I apply and she tells me that I can’t apply . So I ask her a question about when I’ll be able to and she tickle cuts me off so rudely in front of my kids and her other coworkers then continues to say she has no other information for me. I don’t think people like that aren’t willing to help others should be working in a place that people go for help. Worst experience ever.
