So disheartening that the new ownership is running the business to the Ground stores are closing because they’re over pricing donated items! You can make comments on Facebook because everybody is so upset they took them down so I’m making sure I put on Google.

Recent a resident July 2024- Oct. 7, 2025... My HC, Jared was awesome, we met 1-1 meetings, going over Bible/purpose of being on Earth.. Mission got me back in church, 3 days a week..... Wifi issue occured , back in late March 2025.. A former resident in Gateway dorm hacked , there pass word ... It went viral, all men using wifi, including me... It went on til late Sept. 2025.... Resident said it was offline, I mention it to staff member, didn't listen to me... I was asked to leave property, Oct 7, 2025... Because I was using wifi, and reviewed my activity, , got called in Staff office, told me to leave... Kinda unfair, I asked if they could over look, this issue... Higher up said, No... I didn't hurt anyone, did what they told me to do...,___ NOW I'm homeless, totally wrong doing this... not all Staff are Christian.. So, I was made an example of, the other men, didn't get kicked out..Totally disappointed here!!!!!😞 God wouldn't have did this... Thank God for my brother in Columbus, OH.. help.. When your come in, they make themselves look good., in reality there not, who/ do what they say they do to resident. They kicked out a former resident , for wearing hat in the chapel.. 🤬

I miss Manager Donna and her dedicated team of employees! It is not the same! And the store is over crowded!
