Since its inception in 1979, the Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP) has been providing services to residents of Ulster County. This Program is specifically designed for recognizing the special needs, concerns and problems associated with being a victim of crime.

They talked me into getting a protective order. The day came when I’m supposed to be there and he is supposed to be there and ulster crime victims forgot making me have to face this alone!!! Unforgivable!
