In my extraordinarily short experience (my doing) with TP, I had made a phone call and let the front desk know that a friend who is staff recommended me. I explained my situation and the timeframe I needed. Unfortunately, I never heard back. That same night, I needed to make an “on my feet” judgment decision. Since then, I was never contacted. No phone call, no email. As I was prepping to transition into my new arrangement, which is why I also did not reach back out. I’m not sure if my information was recorded. I’m unsure if there is a “reach out” protocol, if someone needed help or if it was just another “too many problems and not enough help” predicament 🤷🏻♀️ Either way. This time around, I’m hoping for a better outcome because I don’t want it to be another “on my feet” judgment decision 💖
