Dr. Larussa's expertise and compassion have changed my life. He has given me so many tools to help me cope with anxiety. Dr. Larussa is kind, calm, compassionate, understanding, and wise. Dr Tom is a highly skilled, respectful, and helpful counselor! My husband and I have been going to him for family counseling for almost a year and has helped us not only normalize our marriage dynamics but improve them to above average!! He is proficient, in our experience, in money matters counseling, the raising of children and conflict resolution!
