I was suspended cuz I was accused of smoking weed on property for 3 months I was told that I was seeing on camera I denied such actions and requested urinalysis to prove my innocence I was denied such request and still assisted on being suspended for 3 months! After calling the supervisor my suspension was then reduced to 3 days for associating or being close by the other resident that was smoking weed! I think the staff there is very rude unprofessional and a bit racist!

There used to be a lady who was in charge of all the cooking here, at Our Daily Bread. I just can’t remember her name. She used to cook good food, which people used to (generally) like. They also used to have a doctor and nurse visit every week, to provide free healthcare to the needy! A Huge thank you to all the volunteers!!!

I have been coming to ODB for the past seven and half years and am always grateful for the meals, services, and sense of community that I have found there.
I'm hopefully on my way to no longer be considered homeless by most people's standards, but when I may succeed on that note, I already feel that I may miss my 'home away from home' for their dedication to the power of love and giving that the staff and volunteers project in their selfless service to all those in need.
ODB is a LIFE PRESERVER in the Sea of Life's Uncertainty. Because of it and who I've come to know for the better from there I've come to find the strength again to not only put my own life back on track, but to also help others do so too ...if they choose to be empowered and not just be enabled to be happily homeless.
