Staff is very unprofessional, there appears to be a lack of training for the children that are in desperate need of a point of de-escalation. Some staff seem to pose a threat to the children rather than helping out. Please do not be deceived upon arrival, horrible experience.

The staff was very professional, welcoming, and I love how they engage with the their clients. I feel my son is in a safe place with the Relatives.

The Supervisor Diana is rude. I requested several services and all she focused on was substance and recommended I try behavioral health in-take. The in-take specialist recommended the same and stated that he could get medicated at a behavioral facility in which I am trying to avoid. After several minutes, the Supervisor Diana admitted that they were full. I can say that after seeing my frustration, the in-take specialist, Asia was willing to make an appointment to see about therapy and the GED Program but I was so disappointed in the way it was handled. It seems as if our youth has to be so far gone in order to get help.

Good place for troubled teens, they show them the love and understanding that some kids don't get, they also teach them what some of us have failed to do. They can get therapy and hopefully that'll help them when some go back home

I called tonight needing help just to be told that my 13 year who isn't aggressive isn't a good fit. I thought this was a place to help families who need it. My daughter isn't a bad girl she is going through her adolescent years. I need a break from her so she can start therapy Tuesday. I was told she wasn't a good fit with the kids who are at the location now. If it's a youth crisis center would everyone fall under that umbrella? She isn't aggressive, she is sweet and kind. I have tried mental health they said she isn't suicidal they can't help. They gave me this place said she would be a great fit just to be turned down with poor excuses. The lady who answered the phone was nice her boss said my baby wasn't a good fit. No intake to see of she was just based on Bias discriminatory of reasons u don't know.
