We have been going to The Country Church of Marion for many years now. Everyone is so kind and inviting. The leadership is amazing! The worship is awesome and uplifting! Pastor Brother Butch is spirit driving and bible versed! This is an amzing church and will never leave!

This USED to be our church...but NOT ANYMORE!!!! This church is way too "cliquey"!!!! If YOU DON'T fit in with one of those cliques...you're out on your own. Case in point, I fractured my arm a couple of years ago. My gentleman companion called the church to put me on the prayer list (for healing) Someone took the prayer request, but THAT WAS THE LAST TIME we heard from ANYONE at the church. I was a member of the worship choir. Not EVEN the pastor OR the music minister/choir leader called or even texted me. NOBODY from the church called (or texted) to find out how I was doing, or did we need anything .I couldn't go anywhere, due to the fractured arm that I used for my cane!!! It's been over 2 years and NOBODY from that church has been in contact with us just to find out where we've been, why we haven't been back. The Country CHURCH SERIOUSLY dropped the ball as far as keeping up with their members and prayer requests!!!!! Apparently, they just don't care. We haven't been to ANY church. What happened with them has turned us OFF TO CHURCH!!!!!!!! 😡😠😡😠😡😠😠 Well,it's been ANOTHER YEAR GONE BY and STILL NOT 1 PERSON from this church has been in contact with us...BUT they STILL send us church newsletters (like NOTHING has ever happened) They THINK that they're "GOD'S PEOPLE" but they DON'T CARE ABOUT new members... they ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES and the "CLIQUEY" members that they already have!!!!!!! We THOUGHT that they'd be a nice church with a great group of people...BOY WERE WE WRONG!!!!!
