Provides assistance to low income individuals if they have the time. They stay very booked up but did help me with great information on doing my Divorce on my own. Didn't cost a penny and I'd use them again if ever needed.

I am going through a divorce and am not able to pay for an attorney especially considering having to find a ace to stay and having to get everything I need for day to day life once again. Family law is only by phone Tuesdays and Thursdays. Issue is I would call, be out on hold, and then would be automatically disconnected with a message after thirty minutes. So there was no way to stay in que. Even though I was willing to stay on hold all day if necessary. I spent a minimum of two and up to four hours on 6 consecutive Tuesdays and Thursdays. And never spoke to anyone. There is no way to apply online or in person. I can't see how this service could be providing help to that many people. Has only been a waste of time I could have used more productively

I got info on Tuesday from marissa i think her name was i explained the situation with msister and she gave me the imfo that gave me hope and she also explained that thereofmimgare three menus and that it was possible I would get hung up on then the hope got better she said that when that happens not to get discouraged just keep calling and someone will answer i said ok!!this morning i said to my sister to call at 9am she did and they amswered mot even 5mins and she got everything done!!took 8 hrs to do everything now the wait too get her grandkids back i myself never felt so happy i dont know what or why you all got people like that but my experience with them is professional curtious and caring I thank you Juan Hernandez and the person that gave me hope her name i think Marissa i owe you part of my 💙 heart and lunch!!!!
