Be careful moving into this place. They stole my $300 deposit. The office manager said fees were deducted because I didn't turn the keys in on time but on my last day they closed the office early. No walk through, no key. They also didn't return any of my calls about doing a walk through. Technically, the keys belonged to me because I paid for news locks to be installed on the front door. I paid for new toilet seats, blinds for the kitchen & bedrooms, locks for the bedrooms and lining for the cabinets. Yet no return deposit.

I remember back in September I was talking to this lady that works there she told me that i can move in one of the Apartment's in January by the time January got here she told me she had a long waiting list so she lied to me and me and her started arguing about it and the people from the Sol Luna park rental office told me don't call there no more or they was going to call the police on me...I don't think those people at the Sol Luna management office is not nice people they not Nice at all

NEVER LIVED HERE, REVIEW IS DUE TO DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE + CALLING 3 DAYS AND NO ONE WOULD ANSWER OR CALL ME BACK AFTER SEVERAL VOICEMESSAGES: First and foremost, I called 3 days in the row--several times--voicemail was all I heard. Today I finally speak to someone, Freda, and she says no vacancies but to call on another day to speak with the manager. When I asked about a price point her cell was ringing and she placed me on hold (without asking could I hold), then she came back for a price point, she gave something completely different from the website.
