The City of Refuge Cybersecurity Program in Atlanta, Georgia, provides support and training to underserved communities, particularly those at risk of cyber threats. The initiative focuses on enhancing digital literacy, offering job training, and creating pathways to cybersecurity careers. By equipping individuals with essential skills, the program aims to bridge the digital divide, foster economic empowerment, and improve resilience against cyber threats for vulnerable populations.

Don't get me wrong the rooms are nice there but I didn't like the atmosphere there. Kids were running all in the bathroom like it was a playground when others are trying to take a shower. Water would be on the floor after taking a shower. Somebody took all the shower curtains except one in the bathroom near the room my daughter and I slept in. And the food, it was good the first week but after that it started getting terrible. I tried to stay but after I started noticing my room was sabotage, I didn't want to stay another day so I packed my things and left. Oh if you are looking for housing, they do not help you with that. Oh yeah by the way it's not City of Refuge, it's City of Eden and other words it's supposed to be like the the Garden of Eden. Maybe to the church yes but beyond that, it's the City of hell. I will never go back to that shelter unless I have an appointment to see a doctor.

If I could rate this out of ten my score would be an absolute 0. I currently stay here and I absolutely hate it. Yea you get your own room but as soon as you show that you’re able to move around without them it a problem which is crazy because they literally have no programs to get you rehoused unless you want to be treated like a recovering addict. They have a certain favoritism for certain people and it doesn’t matter what they do they’ll able be in their side. All of the RSA‘s that are supposed to be there to help the residents all have nasty attitudes. There’s one rsa that used to be a residents that is rude to everyone like she wasn’t just in our situation. They talked to you like they’re smarter than you and better than you even if you have a job and are trying to get out of there they don’t care they want to see you be brought down by any means necessary. The food they serve is disgusting and they only make nice food in the afternoon when clients are there. They are getting all this funding but can’t help you move. You have to go look on your own. If you don’t work you have to go to ‘programming’ which doesn’t help you get a job. It just teaches you about God and how to not relapse in your steps to recovery. If you’re a recovering addict then all cool for you take the class but for those trying to get out it does absolutely nothing for them. They write you up for being literally 3 min late to any of their meals. You could be throwing up and you will get wrote up for not being on time to them serving you nothing but processed foods. Don’t even think about asking them for anything because you won’t get it. They seem like a Christian place but this is the most judgmental unhelpful space I’ve ever been in. The people who actually live here but won’t say anything because as soon as you express any type of dislike or discomfort they’re ready to kick you out. This place sucks if you’re really trying to get in you’re feet because they don’t have anything to help and everything they do will hinder your mental.
